  • Deposit Policy & Cancellation Policy:

    At booking, a deposit of the average nightly rate is required per room with a credit card. Taxes are subject to change. Reservations must be canceled (ONLY BY EMAIL) prior to 6:00 PM 48 hours before arrival to avoid being charged the deposit. There is a $25.00 processing fee per room per cancellation that can be credited towards your next reservation in the same calendar year. For one-night reservations, all taxes (sales and occupancy) will be charged at booking.

    Age Policy:

    Guests must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to rent rooms, except for military members who may rent at the age of eighteen (18) with valid military identification.

    Check-in Requirements:

    Please bring the confirmation letter and proper identification at the time of check-in. The motel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if invalid identification or no identification is presented, or if false information is provided, without a refund.

    Occupancy Limits:

    Rooms with two (2) queen size beds have a maximum occupancy of four (4) persons, while rooms with one (1) king size bed have a maximum occupancy of two (2) persons. No cots nor cribs are provided. 

    Checkout Time and Belongings:

    Checkout time is at 11:00 a.m.. Guests must vacate the room by this time. If I am not in the room after this time, I give the motel staff full permission to remove any belongings left in the room, and I will not hold the motel will not be liable for any loss or damage. Additional charges may apply.

    Smoking, Vaping, and Pet Policy:

    No vaping nor smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. No pets are allowed on the premises. A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged for violation and may result in immediate eviction without refund.

    Parking and Lost Keys:

    Only one (1) car is permitted per reserved room. A fee of $10.00 will be charged for lost keys.

    Missing Items and Damages:

    Any items missing from or damage to the room during my stay will be charged to my credit card.

The remaining balance and all taxes (sales and occupancy) will be charged twelve (12) days prior to arrival. Taxes are subject to change. Reservations must be canceled (ONLY BY EMAIL) prior to 6:00 PM seven (7) days before arrival to avoid being charged the deposit. There is a $25.00 processing fee per room per cancellation that can be credited towards your next reservation in the same calendar year.

Failure to make payments will result in the cancellation of your reservations.

    Cancellations made (ONLY BY EMAIL) at least two (2) months before arrival will be eligible for a refund, excluding the initial deposit. To transfer your reservation, you must first obtain approval from the West Point Motel and provide the person(s) to whom you are transferring the accommodations with all confirmation papers originally sent to you. The West Point Motel will not facilitate the exchange of funds for transferred rooms.

Cancellation policies for reservations made directly through our website may differ from those of third-party booking websites or agents. We encourage guests to review and adhere to the cancellation procedures outlined by their chosen booking platform.
